8 X 30 Project Day 73

Well no pics for today guys.  I am sorry. I left my camera in the car when I went to Gracie’s dental appointment and she didn’t’ want me to leave her.  It has been a long day. Monday are my putting away the laundry days and cleaning up trying to get set for the week. Sort of a continuation of Sunday, picking up where I left off kind of thing.

Of course the anxiety from Gracie’s dental appointment caused her head to hurt. I knew it would happen. I think she is starting to feel a little better now, but I am still having to force the meds and water on her. I hope this vitamin stuff starts to work soon. Today she said to me, “What is the point of living like this?”. Made me very sad and afraid for her.

The good news was that she didn’t have to get her teeth pulled out. She needs a mouth guard for her clinching. The dentist is checking around with some more ped dentist and finding out what they normally do in this sort of situation. Gracie is really sore in her jaw muscle and the joint is especially inflamed. Not very common for a kid her age. I am hoping that maybe once we get her some relief in her jaw it might help her headaches too. Can you tell I am just trying to find something, I mean just anything to fix her! It is so very frustrating.

Tomorrow is Juliette’s preschool at the Nest, Charlie(the dumbest Quaker alive) has a vet appt, and then I am having coffee with another mom from the girls school. Oh I almost forgot Hunter has gymnastics tomorrow too. Maybe I will go in and take some pics of her.

I am just getting started on my assignment for my photography class and really haven’t had the time to sit down and read it. I have skimmed over it and read the homework. I think I will be able to do it this week. I will just have to make the time for it. The best part is this week is suppose to be some pretty good weather, which equals nice pics!

11/365 Days of Gratitude

Today I am finding myself grateful for willingness of others to help me out. I don’t think that Gracie would be doing as well as she is right now if I hadn’t had my neighbor to help me watch Gracie while I took Molly to soccer and then the asst. coach was able to give her a ride home. I am grateful for all the extra help.
